André Rieu is a Dutch violinist and conductor, famously known as the "King of the Waltz" for his revival of waltz music and the Johann Strauss Orchestra. Born in Maastricht, Netherlands in 1949, he was raised in a musical family and started playing the violin at a young age. He studied violin at conservatories in Liège and Maastricht.
in 2025, André Rieu will be performing in Cluj, Malta, and the Czech Republic. He is scheduled to perform in Cluj, Romania on November 13 and 14, 2025. In Malta, Rieu will have two concerts in Floriana in August 2025. In the Czech Republic, he will perform at the O2 Arena in Prague on May 30 and 31, 2025.
